ARTNOVA Artur Dmochowski (“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) offers free shipping for all orders over €149/$149/PLN 299.

The free shipping threshold refers to the order value after applying any discounts.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes depend on the customer’s location. Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. If an order is placed on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

After dispatch, we aim to deliver orders within 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery country and the chosen carrier. Please note that the delivery timeframes displayed here and at checkout are estimates, as we cannot guarantee that a package will not encounter delays in the network.

Other Shipping Information

We provide all European consumers with the same purchase price, regardless of destination.

VAT is included in the purchase price if we are required to charge VAT based on sales thresholds in individual countries (this will be shown in the order at checkout).

There are no import duties on goods shipped within the EU.

Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be applied once the package reaches your country. For detailed information regarding customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

We strongly recommend shipping to a reliable address. The Company is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.

The customer is responsible for any customs clearance fees. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict them.
